Salon Associate
Our Associate Program is approximately 6 months during which you will partner with an educator (a top level stylist) who will pour into exactly what it takes to get where they are bigger, better, and faster! You will attend color, blowdrying, cutting, and balayage classes throughout your time in the program. Not only will we provide you with the up-to-date techniques, but we will also provide you with a career path. This career path consists of monthly coaching and mentoring sessions and also performance based promotions throughout your career at JadesRose.

We are a commission driven salon that love to help grow stylists by offering in-salon training and continuing education.
